What is Zeteo?
Zeteo is a Greek word meaning “to seek.”   I think of therapy, in part, as a process of seeking – seeking to feel better, to be happier, to understand oneself, to have better relationships, and more.  This is complemented by another part of therapy - the process of learning to simply “be.”
