Fees & Insurance
Your
insurance provider may reimburse you a substantial portion of the cost of
therapy under out-of-network benefits. I will give you a receipt that
contains information usually required for reimbursement which you may submit to
your insurance company.
If you
plan to submit claims for insurance reimbursement, I recommend that you contact
your provider to verify your out-of-network benefits prior to beginning
treatment. Most insurance cards list a phone number to call. It may
specify “mental health” or “behavioral health.”
Please be aware that fees
are due at the time of service and that I cannot guarantee that your insurance
provider will reimburse you.
